Zuha Island

Zuha Island – is a resort residental complex developed by two globally renowned developers, ZAYA and FIVE Holdings. One significant advantage of this property is its location on an artificially created archipelago known as the World Islands. It takes only 15 minutes by taxi, rental or your own car to access to the mainland.

The complex offers 30 luxurious villas with 6 rooms each. They all belong to the limited complexes, with a total area ranging from 2 230 m2 to 3 809 m2, and a designated construction area of 1 826 m2.

The project includes plans for an exclusive boutique hotel with 80 apartments. High quality and environmentally friendly materials – travertine, marble, and others – have been used as a basis. All residences are 4 levels high, gradually ascending from the shore towards the horizon. The villa designs resemble small islands, incorporating various shapes and lines reminiscent of the ocean, waves, sea breeze and sun.

Considering the location of the residental complex, the developers have incorporated numerous innovative solutions. These include independent climate systems and heatig in all rooms. As a result, hybrid solar structures with high energy efficiency have been implemented. A modern grey water recycling system is used for irrigation.

Due to the active development of the area, efforts have been made to restore coral reefs in the Arabian Gulf by creating a home reef. This project is controlled by the resident marine biologists.
