Upper House is an ultra–modern premium segment residential complex, being built on 31 floors on the territory of the most popular Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) district. The Ellington Properties company is engaged in the development and implementation of the project, in close cooperation with the Dubai Multi Commodities Center.
