Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences by Nakheel is a new development on Dubai Islands, offering premium amenities for residents. Nakheel, the developer, plans to construct four nine-story buildings featuring apartments with one to three bedrooms, four-bedroom duplexes, and a collection of beachfront houses. Some individual villas have direct access to the beach.

In late autumn 2023, the second phase of the project, known as Beach Residences, was launched. This phase includes apartments with one to three bedrooms, four-bedroom duplexes with spacious terraces, and beachfront houses with gardens.

The property sizes range from 93 square meters to 1069 square meters. The residences feature branded appliances and high-quality finishes. Owners of beachfront houses can enjoy private gardens and spacious terraces, while villas and duplexes come with swimming pools.

The complex is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. As of the third quarter of 2023, apartments in this project can be purchased starting from AED 2.6 million (USD 708,000), duplexes are priced at AED 17.2 million (USD 4.7 million), and villas and beachfront houses start from AED 9.3 million (USD 2.5 million) and AED 32.5 million (USD 8.8 million), respectively.
