LUCE is a unique residential complex located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah, which is known as one of the most prestigious residential areas in Dubai. The authorship of the project belongs to Taraf, a branch of the Yas Holding developer. The ten-story building of LUCE will feature a unique design with the use of panoramic windows and glass panels. This design element will not only provide ample natural light but also create a stunning interplay of light and shadows on the building’s surface. In combination with snow-white facades, the effect of lightness will be visually formed, so the building will be a stylish accent on the waterfront. For the interior finishes, natural materials are used, and the color palette incorporates shades of white along with earthy accent tones.

The lobby of LUCE deserves special attention. As soon as residents enter the building, they are greeted by a grand hall featuring marble floors and ceilings. A designer reception desk is located behind which the concierge awaits to assist residents with their needs. There is a relaxation area in the lobby where you can comfortably spend time.

The residential complex is comprised of 36 apartments, ranging from two to four bedrooms, along with a four-bedroom penthouse and a duplex. The objects vary significantly in area – from 170 to 877 sq. m. The layout of the apartment has a comfortable kitchen combined with a living room, a dining room, a guest bathroom, a maid’s room and a laundry room. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom, walk-in closet or built-in storage system.

Regardless of the size of the apartments, all objects have from one to three balconies.

The duplex is spread across two floors. The first floor features a combined living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with a bathroom, a maid’s room, a storage room, and a laundry room. The decoration of the first floor will be a spacious terrace with relaxation areas and a swimming pool. On the second floor of the duplex, there are four bedrooms with bathrooms, a TV area and an office.

The top floor of the building is planned to accommodate a penthouse, featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, two additional bathrooms, a space combining a dining area, a living room, and a showcase kitchenette, a separate working kitchen, a storage room, and a laundry room. There is a separate room for relaxation, as well as a wide terrace, complemented by a swimming pool and a landscaped garden.
