LUCE is a unique residential complex located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah, which is known as one of the most prestigious residential areas in Dubai. The authorship of the project belongs to Taraf, a branch of the Yas Holding developer. The ten-story building of LUCE will feature a unique design with the use of panoramic windows and glass panels. This design element will not only provide ample natural light but also create a stunning interplay of light and shadows on the building’s surface. In combination with snow-white facades, the effect of lightness will be visually formed, so the building will be a stylish accent on the waterfront.
