MAG Group company recommends Keturah Reserve – a luxury residential complex that is part of the well-known brand of the same name in the hospitality and luxury real estate segment. Previously, this project is estimated at 3 billion AED, which is the equivalent of $816.7 million. The facility is located in the Meydan zone, the project was launched in the second half of 2022. The authorship of this magnificent project belongs to the talented architect Charles Wu, who is known for creating original solutions for construction in cities in Asia, America, and Great Britain.

The focus of the proposed project involves original solutions in terms of maximizing the return of daylight in the room. The second important point of the project is to increase the flow of cool air due to the double volume of the interior space. Thus, the need for climate equipment will be minimized in townhouses. For buildings with open plan layout, design is carried out without using corridors and hallways. The project also includes full furnishing and equipment with lighting fixtures designed according to individual requests.

Each townhouse will be built in a three-story format, and structurally it will consist of two parts. One of them is a common area in the front segment, the second is an individual space in the back. A connecting exit is provided between these two parts. The interior design is characterized by a natural color scheme. Resembling the desert format outwardly, it consists of three shades – bronze, champagne, cream. The texture of wood, stone, metal, and glass enhance this effect. The facade part assumes a stylish finish using travertine for ivory. This format will create a luxurious atmosphere of sophistication.
