Fairway Villas is an innovative solution by Emaar Properties, situated in the well-developed residential area of Emaar South in Dubai South. For the implementation, 49 three to four-bedroom villas are recommended, with sizes ranging from 278 sq. m to 290 sq. m. The land plot sizes can range from 458 sq. m to 997 sq. m.
The presentation of the second phase of this project took place in May 2022. Buyers could also choose three to four-bedroom villas in the Astra and Nova styles. The sizes of these units are 278 sq. m or 289 sq. m.
In mid-2023, the launch of the project’s second line was announced, featuring three to four-bedroom villas and four-bedroom Golf Suites. The sizes of these offerings range from 278 sq. m to 361 sq. m. Within the Golf Suites, residents can expect to have a personal office, a 56 sq. m golf lounge, and a spacious storage room.
When designing such villas, special attention was given to ensuring comfort for each resident of the complex. Adjacent to Fairway Villas, one of Dubai’s main highways, Emirates Road, will run. The complex itself is situated in close proximity to Dubai Industrial City and Al Jarf – two of the emirate’s most popular areas. This complex holds particular appeal for those traveling beyond the UAE, as the Al Maktoum International Airport is located very close to it. The journey to the airport by car takes no more than 10 minutes. For those reliant on public transport, Emaar South Entrance 1 and Emaar South Entrance 2 stations are available. They can be reached on foot in just a couple of minutes.
The Emaar South area does not yet have a well-developed infrastructure, as it is still in the development stage.
