COMO RESIDENCES

The Como Residences project belongs to the elite class segment, providing ultra-luxurious living conditions. It is being implemented within the Nakheel company in Palm Jumeirah. Being a high-rise building in the shape of a seashell, it will be the most majestic structure along the entire coastline. The total height of the skyscraper is 300 meters. Among the available options for purchase, there is a limited number of residential units, consisting of 76 apartments with 2-6 bedrooms. Individual options are presented in the format of duplexes for seven bedrooms and one duplex penthouse for five bedrooms. In total, the residential complex assumes the presence of 75 floors inclusive of a level underground and three floors of the podium.
