Calia Beach Collection is a newly launched luxury residential project by Majid Al Futtaim that will be built in the new Tilal Al Ghaf neighborhood. Travel time to Dubai International Airport is less than half an hour.

The entire Tilal Al Ghaf neighborhood is still under construction and is scheduled for completion in 2027. It is worth noting that Calia Beach Collection will be a great place for families to live as the development will be in close proximity to The Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai (RGSGD). Opening in September 2021, the school is a sister school to one of the most academically successful boys’ schools in the UK.
